Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals that showcase our company's strengths and project experience. This includes:

  • Leading the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring high-quality submissions that align with client needs and company standards.
  • Collaborating with business development, estimating, and project teams to gather technical information and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Developing engaging written content for RFQs, RFPs, and other client submissions, effectively highlighting the company's strengths and project experience.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in ICI construction, real estate development, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Proposal Writing Expertise: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills to craft compelling and persuasive content.
  • Project Coordination: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across various departments.
