Overview

Brighten the lives of patients with cancer by working as a part-time General Practitioner in Medical Oncology at our Surrey Centre, located 30 kilometres from downtown Vancouver.


Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary, which is estimated to be in the range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including municipal pension plan and psychological health & safety programs. Job Description

As a General Practitioner in Medical Oncology, you will work collaboratively with Medical Oncologists and other medical specialists, nurses, and clerical staff in an interdisciplinary environment to provide ambulatory care to patients on therapy and in follow-up. Your responsibilities will include working part-time within the Medical Oncology Department as a General Practitioner in Oncology (GPO), collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans, and providing medical care to patients with various types of cancer.


Requirements
  • No previous experience in medical oncology is required.
  • In-patient and oncology experience is an asset but not required.
