The Opportunity: As a Senior Environmental Engineer, you will be part of a growing team addressing environmental and contaminated lands issues for WSP nuclear clients. With extensive experience working with Canadian and international clients in the nuclear field, you will support business development, investigations, remediations, and assessments. Key Responsibilities:

* Adhere to site-specific health and safety plans to mitigate or eliminate risks
* Identify and report potential and existing site hazards
* Work with and lead a team conducting investigation and remediation works related to nuclear or conventional contaminants
* Provide support to geotechnical and construction services staff as they conduct works on nuclear facilities
* Manage projects related to the nuclear industry, including research assignments, risk assessments, and permitting requirements

Requirements:

* 10 years or more of relevant working experience in environmental site assessment
* Experience related to radiological contaminants, dose assessment, and radiation protection processes
* Prior field experience with soil sampling, remediation projects, and working with subcontractors
* A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for light duty projects
