As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with the Procurement Team to ensure existing systems are maintained and projects move forward on time and within budget.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements documentation.
- Build understanding of procurement and fleet management business processes and the technology that supports it.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within business processes and technology solutions related to the procurement domain.
- Collaborate with other teams to assess downstream impacts to procurement group.
- Champion continuous improvement within the IT team.
- Graduate of a recognized university with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or other relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with supporting procurement-related applications.
- Experience with SAP Ariba, FieldGlass, and other cloud-based procurement and fleet management solutions considered an asset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with decentralized and remote teams.
- Superior time management skills.
