Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Coordinate with suppliers and customers to determine the most efficient method of shipment.
  • Schedule Distribution of Goods: Plan and schedule the distribution of goods to meet customer demands.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping System: Maintain an internal record-keeping system to track inventory, shipments, and customer information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
Work Environment

Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
