Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Grand River Granite LTD. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics and Shipping: Determine the method of shipment, schedule distribution of goods, and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Warehouse Operations: Assemble containers and crates, inspect and verify incoming goods, and maintain internal record-keeping systems.
- Team Management: Supervise material handlers and helpers, and oversee loading and unloading of goods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and basic security clearance.
Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods. If you are physically demanding and detail-oriented, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
