Customer Success Manager

Wisedocs AI is a pioneering company in the InsurTech and HealthTech industries, dedicated to making medical documents easily accessible and understandable using AI technology.
Job Title: Customer Success ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our small to medium-sized business customers on the Wisedocs platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard and train customers on our platform, ensuring a smooth adoption of our products.
- Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns and understanding changes in their business or industry.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to customers on how to optimize their use of Wisedocs products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Quality Assurance, to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
- Identify and communicate customer health, addressing potential customer expansions, and implementing strategies to retain customers and build long-term relationships.
- 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a customer-facing or B2B role.
- Relevant education, such as Health Sciences, Medical Terminology, or Disability Management, is a strong asset.
- Experience with Hubspot/CRM and ticketing systems like Jira.
- Working knowledge of medical documentation and terminology.
- Prior experience in managing a diverse client group portfolio, with outstanding customer service results.
- Ability to travel within the US and Canada.
- Team player with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- A hybrid model with primarily remote work, while requiring on-site presence at least twice a month.
