Operations Vice President Job Description

Pizza Fiamma is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, aligning with the company's overall vision and mission.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the optimal use of human, financial, and material resources to drive business success.
  • Department Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  • Co-ordination and Collaboration: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection and Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior operations role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.
