About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at PepsiCo Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to various large and small accounts, including supermarkets and variety stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise store shelving, racks, and displays with PepsiCo products to ensure optimal visibility and accessibility.
  • Utilize Point-of-Sale materials to effectively communicate product information and promotions to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized back room stock area, ensuring shelving cleanliness and storage room organization.
  • Provide excellent service to assigned accounts, creating and maintaining goodwill with all customers.
  • Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising or retail customer service experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching over shoulder.
  • Able to lift 50 plus pounds and push or pull up to 200 pounds using a powered pallet jack.
