Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is properly stored and displayed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandising: Order merchandise, manage stock levels, and ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-organized.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that the store is secure and safe, maintaining basic security clearance and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexible, reliable, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Language: English.
