Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that stockroom is organized and maintained.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that the store is well-presented at all times.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
