Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client interactions, ensuring each client feels valued and understood.
- Prepare and review financials, including Notice to Reader engagements and tax filings.
- Expertly prepare T1s and other related tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest actionable solutions by taking an interest in our clients' businesses.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of public practice experience working with private owner-managed clients, delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Deeply invested in understanding client needs and providing tailored advice that drives client success.
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Positive attitude, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and capable of self-managing your workload while offering constructive feedback to your team.
