Job Description

This is a Field Service Technician role that involves traveling to various locations to perform engine repairs and maintenance. As a Diesel Engine Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing repairs and rebuilds on engine products in the field
  • Developing productive customer relationships and ensuring prompt and efficient attention to customer needs
  • Applying documented procedures and policies to complete repairs and schedule maintenance
  • Assisting with completion of required documentation, such as work completed documentation and quality forms
  • Completing training in line with skill and business requirements
Responsibilities and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic level field service work experience
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have a valid driver's license and insurance
  • Be able to physically lift 50 pounds occasionally
  • Wear required personal protective equipment as needed
  • Meet all requirements to drive a Company vehicle

The base salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
