Job DescriptionThis is a Field Service Technician role that involves traveling to various locations to perform engine repairs and maintenance. As a Diesel Engine Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Completing repairs and rebuilds on engine products in the field
- Developing productive customer relationships and ensuring prompt and efficient attention to customer needs
- Applying documented procedures and policies to complete repairs and schedule maintenance
- Assisting with completion of required documentation, such as work completed documentation and quality forms
- Completing training in line with skill and business requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
- Customer service experience
- Basic level field service work experience
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a valid driver's license and insurance
- Be able to physically lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Wear required personal protective equipment as needed
- Meet all requirements to drive a Company vehicle
The base salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
