We provide new equipment sales, parts, service, and warranty for Bobcat Portable Power, Generac, Multiquip Power, Miller Welders, and Airman.

Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Parts Technician to join our team at Brignall Equipment Solutions As a Parts Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Service Team. Your role will involve sourcing, ordering, receiving, and organizing parts, as well as managing and maintaining our inventory of parts, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

**Salary**: $30-$50 dependant on trade level

Schedule:

- Day shift
- 7x7 shift

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, including assisting our service department employees with parts inquiries and orders
- Update Service Advisor with completed estimates, parts status changes, and completed work order reviews
- Manage and maintain inventory of parts, ensuring accurate stock levels and availability
- Receive and inspect incoming parts, verifying accuracy and quality
- Organize and label parts in a systematic manner for easy retrieval
- Manage warranty parts storage, returns, and shop supplies inventory
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and loader/forklift maintenance schedule
- Maintain and inventory specialty tooling procedure
- Coordinate tool repairs, hoist inspections, and torque wrench calibration
- Assist with DPF/DOC Filter cleaning
- Assist with DPF/ DOC Equipment Maintenance
- Assist with all Parts Department duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in parts management is an asset
- Proven experience as a Parts Technician or in a similar role
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling parts and maintaining records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work as a team as well on your own without direct supervision
