Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure project objectives are met, including quality standards, delivery timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Support reporting on variances in standard production costs and budget costs.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for the management team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience.
  • Expertise in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various departments.
  • Ability to collaborate with design, production, and engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
