About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Parkdale. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical, mental, and cognitive needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on topics such as pacing, pain management, and cognitive behavioral strategies.
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure seamless care coordination.

Qualifications
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
