Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop effective treatment plans
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
