Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Choice Janitorial Service Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Policy Implementation: Help establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and prepare minutes as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and reviewing projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
Support for Diverse Groups:
  • Mentorship Programs: Participate in mentorship programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Work Environment:
