About the Role:

The Facilities Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Facilities Services Division team at City of Edmonton. This position will be responsible for coordinating all facilities work order-related activities with EPL sites, staff, and third-party contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate major maintenance repairs and rehabilitation work
  • Review, develop, and implement preventative maintenance programs
  • Administer EPL's computerized maintenance management system
  • Support sustainability programs
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service with internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Operations (Facilities) Management, Business Administration, Engineering Technology or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance coordination
  • Experience administering a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
