Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in claims handling, with a focus on complex and serious claims
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Detailed knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
