At Chocolada, we're seeking a highly skilled Bakery Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our bakery.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient production processes
  • Preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Scheduling staff and ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods
  • Maintaining inventory and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Inspecting kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a baking or food service industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
