The Human Resources Business Partner – Corporate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and growth. This dynamic individual will excel at bringing HR programs and practices to life, supporting our leaders and teams in delivering exceptional services to residents.

- Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership Team at Support Services Office to align HR practices with business priorities
- Deliver HR programs and initiatives through effective change management and communication strategies to ensure adoption and impact
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on complex people-related matters, including performance management, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness
- Address and resolve team member concerns, oversee the administration of HR programs, and support leaders in fostering positive workplace environment
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, standards, and processes, ensuring alignment with the organization's purpose, vision, and values
- Partner with business leaders to implement strategies that enhance team member engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture
- Collaborate with leaders to communicate and operationalize HR policies and procedures, ensuring they meet business needs and legislative standards
