Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at James Yee Professional Corporation. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting System Maintenance: Ensure the integrity of our accounting systems, including manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Location: On-site work only.
