About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Hygge Energy Inc. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, strong organizational and communication skills.
