We are seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
