As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing your own desk, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries and clients, and to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage your own desk, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional results for our clients, including identifying and recruiting top talent
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share your knowledge and expertise with the team

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
