Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at NAAD PRODUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our production team, ensuring the smooth operation of our recording studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to the production team, including setting up and operating mobile camera platforms, microphone booms, and lighting equipment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and adjust equipment, including focus, sound levels, and projector settings.
  • Set Operations: Rig, place, move, and dismantle sets, backdrops, scenery, and other stage equipment.
  • Logistics: Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and equipment setup.
  • Accessibility Support: Provide physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations for employees and visitors.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
