Job Title: Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at NAAD PRODUCTION LTD. in the recording studio.

Job Summary:

The Production Assistant will be responsible for setting up and operating mobile camera platforms, microphone booms, and lighting equipment. They will also assist performers in dressing in costumes, arrange schedules, and arrange travel and related itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate mobile camera platforms, microphone booms, and lighting equipment
  • Assist performers in dressing in costumes
  • Arrange schedules and travel itineraries
  • Provide physical accessibility accommodations
  • Provide visual and auditory accessibility accommodations
  • Participate in a government or community program that supports persons with disabilities
  • Offer mentorship and coaching opportunities for persons with disabilities
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
Work Environment:

The Production Assistant will work in a fast-paced recording studio environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
