We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Manager to join our team at Redwood Infrastructure. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will play a critical role in the design, planning, and execution of telecommunications tower builds across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, design, and construction of telecommunications towers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including real estate, project management, and operations, to collect and evaluate information, focusing on feasibility and scope.
- Manage multiple complex build projects, conducting site assessments and feasibility studies for new tower locations, and developing and maintaining project documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the Chief Operating Officer and other stakeholders, resolving day-to-day issues and managing subcontractors.
- Civil engineering education and background, with a Professional Engineering (P.Eng) designation preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations, including environmental and zoning requirements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adapt solutions in anticipation of or in response to new information.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and guide the work of internal and external teams.
