Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet production demands
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Develop and implement budget and cost estimates for food and supplies
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and performance
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of 3-4 staff members. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of quality and safety standards.
