The Transformation Office Lead will play a critical role in driving the clinical transformation agenda for Brightshores' Health Information System (HIS). This individual will work closely with senior management to define objectives, oversee the planning and execution of clinical transformative goals, and ensure that digital initiatives align with the organization's clinical goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy to achieve high-quality patient care and evidence-based integrated technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director, Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO), Chief Nursing Informatics Officer (CNIO), Project Management Office (PMO), and Clinical Informatics Leads to advance and monitor the transformation's quantitative benefits.
  • Lead change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure successful implementation of clinical transformative goals.
  • Work closely with senior management to define objectives and ensure alignment with the organization's clinical goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including health partners, to ensure successful collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Transformation Management Office (TMO) team to ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical transformative goals.
  • Develop and implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the transformation initiative.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transformation initiative, ensuring that the organization's clinical goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's clinical goals, objectives, and priorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, information technology).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading transformation initiatives, with a focus on clinical care and technology.
  • Strong understanding of health information systems, clinical informatics, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on achieving high-quality patient care and evidence-based integrated technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with the transformation initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care, with a focus on ensuring that the organization's clinical goals are met.
