About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Development Specialist to join our team at Niny's Daycare & After School Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers with care and attention to their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with our early childhood educators to develop and implement programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of our children.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and submitting written observations on children to our educators and supervisors.
  • Engage children in activities that foster their creativity, curiosity, and love for learning.
  • Prepare healthy snacks and ensure the safety and well-being of our children at all times.
Requirements
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings.
