As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
- Develop and lead activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth, including storytelling, singing, and educational outings.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to childcare.
- Prepare reports for parents and guardians on children's progress and development.
- Child development worker (ECE level 2) certification.
- 1-2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
