Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our tech support team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and administrative assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance with administrative tasks, including email and calendar management, data entry, and document preparation.
- Manage and optimize digital tools and platforms for efficient workflow.
- Conduct online research and compile reports for business decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional communication via email and calls.
- Maintain and update records in CRM systems or databases.
- Support project management tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably for North American clients.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and automation platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems.
