Administrative Coordinator - Tech Support

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our tech support team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and administrative assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance with administrative tasks, including email and calendar management, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Manage and optimize digital tools and platforms for efficient workflow.
  • Conduct online research and compile reports for business decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional communication via email and calls.
  • Maintain and update records in CRM systems or databases.
  • Support project management tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably for North American clients.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and automation platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems.
