Credit Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit support functions.

Responsibilities
  • Process loan documentation with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to established procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure data integrity throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including lending officers, credit analysts, and operations teams, to facilitate seamless loan processing.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or discrepancies related to collateral securities and loan documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit support processes through process optimization initiatives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of credit support principles and best practices, coupled with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a credit support role within the financial services industry.
  • Solid understanding of collateral securities and their valuation methodologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lending policies, procedures, regulations, documentation, compliance issues, and audit requirements.
  • Proficiency in banking systems, loan origination systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Forms.
