Job Description: Project Delivery Manager


The Project Delivery Manager will oversee and manage our Integrated Project Delivery process, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to maximize project efficiency, quality, and timeliness. In this role, you will coordinate across design, engineering, and field teams to ensure project success from start to finish and actively pursue new IPD opportunities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IPD process, integrating cross-functional teams to streamline project delivery.
  • Pursue and secure new IPD work, building relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, and construction professionals to establish and maintain project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
  • Identify risks proactively, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Work with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Track and report IPD progress, KPIs, and key milestones.
  • Champion continuous improvement practices, driving innovation in IPD.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience with IPD projects and methods.
  • Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably within the electrical contracting or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and codes for electrical contracting.
  • Certifications such as PMP or LEED are advantageous.
