Restaurant Operations Manager
At Subway Sandwiches and Salads, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and services.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
