Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Mamma's Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations to ensure efficient and effective hotel management.
  • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure revenue and expense targets are met.
  • Implement marketing activities to promote the hotel and attract new customers.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment:

Mamma's Inn is a dynamic and fast-paced hotel environment. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be required to work in a team-oriented environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in the hotel, and proficiency in English is required.

Hours:

32.5 hours per week.
