About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at Tandoori Flame. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, as well as overseeing the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Planning: Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective procurement processes.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the management of contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze data and information to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the supply chain.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that supplies and equipment are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Senior Management Support: Provide advice and guidance to senior management on procurement-related matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
