Parking Lot Supervisor Job Description

Avalon Translink is seeking a skilled Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient parking lot operations.
  • Monitor and maintain computer equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee quality and production levels to meet company standards.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and able to work independently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • MS Excel.
  • MS Word.
  • Electronic scheduler.
  • Dispatch management service software.
  • MS Outlook.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
