We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President - Finance to lead our financial functions and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading both the Finance and IT teams, overseeing bank financing, corporate budgeting/planning, and staff management. Key responsibilities include analyzing existing financial reporting, product costing/cost accounting, Metric/K.P.I. reporting, and internal control processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate existing financial reporting, product costing/cost accounting, Metric/K.P.I. reporting, and internal control processes.
  • Lead the Finance team in providing detailed monthly reporting to the Board.
  • Work with HR to complete the hiring process for new Finance staff and assist the Controller in bringing them up-to-speed within 60-90 days.
  • Maintain effective communication with the primary lenders and meet their reporting requirements under the lending agreement covenant provisions.
  • Proactively maintain ongoing communication and information exchanges with the primary lenders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading finance and IT teams.
  • Proven track record in managing bank financing, corporate budgeting/planning, and staff management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and report writing software.

Salary:

$275,000 to $325,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits, including annual CPA/CFA and training fees cost reimbursement, and an opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus.
