Nasarc Technologies, a fast-paced entrepreneurial company, is seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. With a strong background in industrial welding-related sales, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities for our line of advanced welding products and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, and providing technical information to customers.
II. Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and identifying sales opportunities.
III. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, and providing technical information and explanations.
IV. Close new accounts by answering customer inquiries and verifying and entering information.
V. Fill orders by transferring orders to fulfillment and communicating expected delivery dates.
VI. Develop accounts by checking customer buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
Requirements:
I. 1 year of inside sales experience and 2 years of industrial welding-related sales experience.
II. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and interpret technical requirements.
III. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with online support systems.
IV. Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks, with a focus on meeting sales goals.
