Job Overview:

At Dimensional Fund Advisors, we're dedicated to transforming the way the world invests. Our Canadian Wealth Management group is responsible for developing new business and managing existing relationships with financial advisors. As a Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in providing relationship management and analytical support to help grow our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Articulate complex investment principles and capital market research to financial advisors.
  • Educate financial advisors on our portfolio solutions and their construction.
  • Collaborate with Senior Relationship Managers to develop strong business and personal relationships with key advisor clients.
  • Develop and deliver educational investment presentations to financial advisors.
  • Partner with a team of Associates to produce complex client-driven requests.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred.
  • Four plus years of experience in the Financial Services/Investment industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with capability of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire for self-improvement.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
