About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Corporate Communications to lead our team at the Government of Canada - Western. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing objectives, formulating policies, and overseeing the implementation of organizational initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to enhance the organization's reputation and promote its mission.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform communications strategies and evaluate their impact.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Mastery of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communications or a related field.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
