Job Summary:

The Security Officer is responsible for providing security services to clients by patrolling designated areas, responding to incidents, and investigating routine occurrences. This role also involves monitoring Light Rail Transit (LRV) vehicles and ensuring the safety of passengers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols to deter and detect potential threats
  • Respond promptly to incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action
  • Write comprehensive reports detailing incidents and findings
  • Investigate routine incidents, gathering information and interviewing witnesses as necessary
  • Monitor LRV vehicles, identifying potential safety risks and implementing measures to mitigate them
