About the Role:

Parkbridge is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health and Safety Professional to join our team. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing, administering, and updating our occupational health and safety program across various communities and departments within Parkbridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of property-specific health and safety plans.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify property deficiencies.
  • Investigate and track work-related incidents, and provide feedback to management via monthly safety reports.
  • Collaborate with communities to develop corrective actions in response to safety non-compliance.
  • Provide guidance and oversight on health and safety programs to community and operations personnel.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of new training on occupational health and safety for all Parkbridge staff.

Requirements:

  • Certification or Diploma in Environment, Occupational, Health and Safety, or similar program.

  • Experience working in a large, multi-departmental company is an asset.
