Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at 6IX Side Painting Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Plan and schedule construction projects, including setting deadlines and allocating resources.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are completed to the required specifications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
