Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Assist customers in a courteous and efficient manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area, aisles, and shelves. Ensure that all areas are free of debris and clutter.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Checkout Operations: Replenish checkout supplies, obtain change for cashiers, and verify prices on goods.
- Security: Maintain a constant alert against the unauthorized removal of merchandise and report any incidents to management.
- Training and Development: Attend and participate in training courses as directed by the supervisor to improve product knowledge and salesmanship.
- Service Orientation: Strong service orientation and motivation, with the ability to assist customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Physical Ability: Physically capable of completing the required duties, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, cashiers, and other store staff.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
