At Federated Co-operatives Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a PT Courtesy Clerk. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the efficient operation of our checkout process.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area, aisles, and shelves.
- Replenish checkout supplies as needed and assist cashiers with obtaining change and verifying prices.
- Monitor the store for any unauthorized removal of merchandise and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Participate in training courses as directed by the supervisor to improve product knowledge and salesmanship.
- Strong service orientation and motivation, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to complete the required duties, including lifting and bending.
- Ability to improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
