Warehouse Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the warehouse manager in ensuring the smooth operation of a busy warehouse with several areas of responsibility, including shipping and receiving, inventory, delivery, merchandising, packaging, and maintenance.
  • Managing the warehouse team and ensuring the accurate and secure handling of product.
  • Overseeing maintenance and ensuring the safe operation of lift trucks, warehouse bins, delivery trucks, and service vehicles.
  • Training and people development, including interviewing and hiring, scheduling, and completing warehouse reports.
  • Resolving customer issues and ensuring the safe delivery of product.
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are met and general safety and security of store and employees.
